I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue and refund a commission at any point in time.

PAYMENT AND FEES

Payment is due in full once the sketch is done and you have given me approval to continue onto finishing the work.
Payment will be done through Cash app or via discord nitro. You may NOT file a chargeback/refund after you have given me approval for the artwork.

Additional fees: Additional fees will be charged for any extra work(extra revisions, any extra characters, variations of the art ect ect.)

Once the commission is finished, refunds will NOT be accepted.


COMMISSION EXPECTATIONS

Please carefully read through the TOS.

Provide multiple clear images of the character/s.

Respond in a timely manner.

Use the commission form and be clear and concise with your description.

You are fully responsible for any left out information. My work is based off of your descriptions and images provided.


REVISIONS AND WORK PROCESS

I will send a WATERMARKED image at each step of the process (sketch, lineart, color and each revision) for approval to continue. For revisions you get:


One (1) complete revision at the sketch stage.

One (1) minor revision at the lineart stage.

One (1) minor revision at the coloring stage.

All additional revisions will incur a fee. Revisions due to errors on MY part are FREE. It is up to me on what counts as minor and major revisions.


I will show WIPs(work in progress) via discord throughout the commission process.
ALL images besides the final product will be low resolution and watermarked.

I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner however life CAN get in the way and your commission may end up delayed.
I will tell you if anything happens that may impede your commission.


COMMISSION AND USAGE POLICY

I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media, and to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.
Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights.
You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work. For commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me at 300% the original price.
Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially

You MAY use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:

Use the art as reference and personal use.

Crop/resize the image for use as an avatar, profile picture, thumbnail, banner, ect ect.

Post the artwork on social media with credit CLEARLY VISIBLE.


YOU MAY NOT use or edit the work in the following ways:

*Claim the artworks as yours.

*Remove my watermark/signature.

*Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights.

*Use the commissioned piece in ANY technology related to NFTs, Crypto currency or AI.


* If you violate these terms I have the right to take you to court to recoup losses incurred.
